I just wanted to thank you for the superb service my friends & I received when we were picked up at the Orlando Airport & taken to our hotel near Port Canaveral, as well as the trip back. Our first driver, Maria, was so kind and friendly. She made a couple quick stops for us on the way to the hotel, as well as helping us find an important item (to us) that we had forgotten to purchase beforehand. For our return trip, we ended up getting off of our ship earlier than expected. I called you to let you know, but not expecting an earlier ride. However, our driver showed up almost a half hour earlier than expected. We were all impressed by the professionalism of both drivers and were so glad we had chosen your company. I also want to thank you for answering my many email questions about our upcoming trip in such a timely manner. The next time I am in the Orlando area, I will definitely use your service again, and will recommend it to any friends who will be in the area.

Further to our recent telephone conversation, I am writing to let you know how pleased I was with the service we received from Access Line Transportation. Everything went so smoothly. Our drivers were very professional, prompt and courteous. Both were extremely knowledgeable about the Orlando area and were more than willing to answer any questions we had. The car we rode in was very clean and we were offered water as soon as we got into the car.

I did use your transportation services and I need to mention to you that I was really impressed with Maria – who drove us from MCO to Port Canaveral. She did provide us a lot of information on the way. Alex drove us back and he was very professional.

I just wanted to thank you for your recent service. Even after changing my reservation 3 times due to flight changes your driver was still there to meet us. He even helped us find our bag at the airport and waited when we had to go to lost luggage because the airline lost our bag. It was the only part of the trip that went as planned.I would definitely use your service again.

I would like to thank you for helping to make our holiday such a wonderful experience. At the end of June 2010 we arrived in the USA to be met by your very kind driver. He then proceeded to make the start of our wonderful holiday by giving us a very pleasant drive to our Hotel in Orlando. Five days later we were met again by a different driver (Caesar) who drove us to our Cruise Ship. This driver again, was a very pleasant person and became like a friend to us during our stay in the USA. At the end of our two week Cruise there was our friend waiting for us, to take us back to our Hotel in Orlando. A few days later there was our friend again waiting to take us back to the Airport. I could never speak highly enough of your company and will always and have done recommend you to anyone requiring transport.

I just returned from vacation using your services and wanted to commend your company and your driver for outstanding service. This is the first time we have used this type of transportation services and we were very pleased.

Our flight was delayed four hours and we did not arrive at the Orlando/Sanford airport until close to 1:00 am. We were exhausted and aggravated to begin our vacation this way but having your driver there waiting on us was a huge relief. He was very polite and courteous. I am not the type of person to take the time to write this sort of thing. I’m usually more apt to complain when I’m dissatisfied. Therefore, this is a huge compliment for your driver. Please commend him for such outstanding service and I will be sure to pass your name and number on to everyone who will be traveling to Orlando.

I just want to give your company a huge THANK YOU for making my recent trip to Disney a wonderful experience.

Juan met me, looking very professional. The car was spotless and Juan offered me cold water which at that time was very much appreciated. Along the way, Juan pointed out many sights. The best part I thought was when we arrived at Pop Century Resort, my girlfriend phoned me to guide Juan right to where our room was (avoiding a loooong walk from the lobby). At first we had trouble finding the right area and I told Juan he could just drop me off and I’d go from there, but he insisted that get me right where I needed to be – THANK YOU JUAN.

I will definately recommend your company to everyone that will be to Orlando!!
