I would like to thank you for helping to make our holiday such a wonderful experience. At the end of June 2010 we arrived in the USA to be met by your very kind driver. He then proceeded to make the start of our wonderful holiday by giving us a very pleasant drive to our Hotel in Orlando. Five days later we were met again by a different driver (Caesar) who drove us to our Cruise Ship. This driver again, was a very pleasant person and became like a friend to us during our stay in the USA. At the end of our two week Cruise there was our friend waiting for us, to take us back to our Hotel in Orlando. A few days later there was our friend again waiting to take us back to the Airport. I could never speak highly enough of your company and will always and have done recommend you to anyone requiring transport.

I just returned from vacation using your services and wanted to commend your company and your driver for outstanding service. This is the first time we have used this type of transportation services and we were very pleased.
Our flight was delayed four hours and we did not arrive at the Orlando/Sanford airport until close to 1:00 am. We were exhausted and aggravated to begin our vacation this way but having your driver there waiting on us was a huge relief. He was very polite and courteous. I am not the type of person to take the time to write this sort of thing. I'm usually more apt to complain when I'm dissatisfied. Therefore, this is a huge compliment for your driver. Please commend him for such outstanding service and I will be sure to pass your name and number on to everyone who will be traveling to Orlando.

I just want to give your company a huge THANK YOU for making my recent trip to Disney a wonderful experience.
Juan met me, looking very professional. The car was spotless and Juan offered me cold water which at that time was very much appreciated. Along the way, Juan pointed out many sights. The best part I thought was when we arrived at Pop Century Resort, my girlfriend phoned me to guide Juan right to where our room was (avoiding a loooong walk from the lobby). At first we had trouble finding the right area and I told Juan he could just drop me off and I'd go from there, but he insisted that get me right where I needed to be - THANK YOU JUAN.
I will definately recommend your company to everyone that will be to Orlando!!

Upon arrival at SFB a representative of your company was already there waiting to meet us. The vehicles in which we were transported were clean, spacious and air conditioned. Both drivers were extremely pleasant and courteous.
Upon our return journey the driver arrived at our hotel early and we arrived at SFB in plenty of time for check in.

Learning of the problems with shuttles in Orlando I went with Access with hesitation. What a surprise to be greeted on time at the baggage pick up and then our driver tending to our luggage. On the way to the hotel our driver was kind enough to show us some sights and gave recommendations as well. The return pick up was right on time and again the same courtesy. This service was beyond exceptional and well worth the price considering other shuttles make multiple stops and the lines to ride are beyond tolerant. Access is private shuttle and you are the only riders with no stops other than your own. Give Access a try you will not regret it!

Thank You Maria for the most perfect service and help june 7th when we came to Sanford and should go to Continental Car-rental. We finally made it to Silver Lake Resort after a few stops.A wonderful week at the Resort and Disney a few days at
Daytona and a trip to the Bahamas.When we got back to Fort Lauderdale we rented a car from Avis, went to Vero Beach to my girlfriend I have not seen since 1989.
Wonderful!!!!!! We styed until yesterday. Now we are all home in Sweden.I want to thank you a lot. What a big heart you have.
